Here is my son Ben's lovely little room, i have loved the Cath Kidston cowboy print forever and actually wanted it for my roon but decided it would be great for a little boys room. I bought the matching bunting from a lovely ebayer, and the lampshade is from wallpaper lampshades on Etsy. Im so pleased with how it turned out.

Lush designs

Gah!!!! Lush designs is tempting me with all its gorgeous things, i ordered the Love pillows but with pink writing instead of black and fancy having them on my couch in the living room instead of in ze bedroom as you would have thought. Really love the hanging birds and they would be great hanging from the lampshade i like. Will maybe get round to buying the clock one day as its gorgeous and has a sort of surreal feel about it.
The website is www.lushlampshades.co.uk and its fantastic and just my cup of tea, they seem to do free standard delivery too.
I am girlifying my house so slowly Rob hasn't even noticed yet lol!!!!

New Kitchen
Ah Kitchen is finished at last and i love it!!! Thanks to my hard working Fiance and dad i now have a kitchen that im not embarrassed about and they made a damn good job, seriously if i had payed someone to do it i would be over the moon. Turns out Ikea kitchens are fabulous and very well made. I used the online planner to design it and it was easy peasy once you have all the measurements. I was going for a retro modern look. I also managed to get a few Orla kiely bits and pieces for it, a theme i want to carry through the rest of the house.

Kartell Componbilli Unit

Aaaaah i love these units and have wanted one for my hallway for ages, its currently under construction. So cool and mid century and you can stack as many as you like upwards to store anything you like, im using the cream one as a little table for a lamp in the hall.
This best selling Componibili unit designed by Anna Castelli Ferrieri for Kartell has been produced for more than thirty years and has been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in New York and at the George Pompidou Centre in Paris. Made in thermoplastic the units overlap to keep each other in place, similar to a tongue and groove joint and are suitable for every kind of domestic storage; bathroom, bedroom, kitchen or sitting room.
Beeeyootiful!!!!

Pearl Lowe for Peacocks.
g~~_35.jpg)
So i realised online the other day that Pearl Lowe ex powder singer and Danny Goffey from supergrasses wife and mum of Daisy Lowe has designed a range for Peacocks and very nice it is too. I normally hate peacocks because the East Kilbride store resembles a jumble sale but i was very impressed with these lovely dresses. I knew Pearl Lowe designed Vintage lace curtains and these dresses look like they are made from some quality lace.
